Kuba African Pillow handmade in Italy using a beautiful vintage African Kuba cloth textile in raffia on the front and brown linen on the back.

Kuba cloth fabrics are made from palm fibers, which are transformed in a long process to be chassis-worn by men, creating cloths, then embroidered by women with various techniques. Every design and color has a precise symbolic meaning, so much so that one can say that every Kuba cloth fabric is merely a spontaneous poetry drawn on a cloth, undoubtedly artistic value.

Since the cushion is made with a vintage and hand-dyed fabric, any small defect or imperfection is only a characteristic of the material and processing method used and adds beauty and uniqueness to the product.
