Wooden doors like this one were used to protect the Dogon people’s granary in Africa. This Dogon granary door features a unique design with impressive carvings of animals, nommos figures, kanaga masks and scenes of family life. The low reliefs are carved on three panels, held together by iron staples. The slider of the lock is still present.

Very good condition, used with some signs of wear. Unique piece.
