Tribal cushion made up, in the front part, of a magnificent African Kuba fabric, handmade by the Shoowa people of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and in the back of a sturdy black cotton fabric.

The beautiful fabrics of Shoowa are called “Kasai velvets” for the particular type of processing: the fiber of the dwarf palm is twisted and then shaved with a special knife, getting a velvet-like result to the touch.

Characterized by abstract designs, based on a complex series of symmetries and intertwining, with a strong symbolic value, Shoowa Kuba fabrics are real artistic creations, which will give a unique touch to your home.

Sold without filling. Dry clean.

Each pillow cover is one of a kind.
