Our Berber carpets are handmade by the women of the Berber tribes from the mountainous regions of the Atlas in Morocco.

They are rugs characterized by a great variety of colors and patterns, but all evoke an ancient language and culture that can blend superbly with contemporary style, bringing warmth and elegance to your home.

Berber women create their artifacts freely, playing with shapes and colors, following only their ideas and intuitions, without following a predefined design. However, the decorative motifs of these Berber carpets are not random designs, but rather symbols that represent family heritage, prayers or meditation rituals. Other motifs are regarded as good luck charms to ward off evil, and still others symbolize sexuality and fertility. Their brilliant colors are derived from plants and berries that grow wild in the Atlas Mountains.
